The suite I got was included with a non smoking bedroom and a queen bed, for instance. Everything here was great. The personnel were knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. The location was perfect and stunning, close to Golfland Sunsplash Water Park.

Upon entering the room, the unpleasant odor was overwhelming. The upstairs room had broken lights, and the heat. Only receiving a single roll of toilet paper for three guests was frustrating, and there was no wifi access as advertised. I felt unsafe with loud disturbances from neighbors, and the management's unhelpful responses worsened the experience.

Friendly staff but the area felt rough. Room was clean but noisy at night.

I had a lovely stay! The pool area was perfect, and I really enjoyed the spacious quadruple room. Just a heads up, the WiFi wasn't the fastest, but it didn't ruin my fun 😊

Made sleeping tough with stains on the bedspread too. The location felt off-lots of loitering outside and kind of sketchy. Honestly, not the best experience overall.

But dearie, the heater was on, yet the room reminded me of a sauna. I guess ice cubes would have come in handy!
